These Terms and Conditions govern access to, browsing of, and use of any of the Tienda Pasquín websites, as well as purchases made through them.

By using any of the Tienda Pasquín websites, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. REGISTRATION AND DATA PROTECTION

Our website is freely accessible. To make purchases, the user declares that they are over 18 years of age or have the authorization of their legal representative.

The data provided by our customers will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable personal data protection regulations.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

Products sold by Pasquín may be paid for using the payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase:

• Credit Card
• Venti
• Mercado Pago
• Fintoc

All orders are subject to payment validation and the availability of the materials required for their production.

At Pasquín, we may offer discounts, promotions, and discount codes during certain periods or for specific products. These benefits cannot be combined, so only one discount may be applied per order. Likewise, during promotional events, additional discounts cannot be used unless expressly stated otherwise.

Pasquín reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or circumstances that prevent the proper fulfillment of the purchase.

3. PRODUCTION TIMES

Most of our products are specially manufactured for each order.

Our usual production times are:

• Regular orders: between 1 and 3 business days.
• Periods of high demand, special campaigns, or promotional events: up to 10 business days.
• Custom orders: from 5 business days, which may be extended depending on the complexity and workload involved.

These timeframes refer exclusively to product production and do not include shipping times.

4. EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND WARRANTY

At Pasquín, we manufacture each order especially for our customers and stand behind the quality of our products.

If a product has manufacturing defects, printing defects, adhesion issues attributable to the material, production errors, or does not correspond to the product purchased, the consumer may request the application of the applicable statutory warranties and the commercial warranties offered by Pasquín by contacting contacto@tiendapasquin.cl.

Issues related to transportation, visible damage upon receipt, incomplete products, or incorrectly shipped products must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Pasquín also offers a commercial warranty of up to 2 years for verifiable manufacturing defects attributable to the product.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation.
• Improper handling.
• Cleaning with abrasive or chemical products.
• Exposure to conditions other than those recommended.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Incompatible surfaces.
• Any use contrary to the instructions provided.

Because our products are specially manufactured for each order placed through our website, and because we make product inspection available to each customer at our physical store, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to:

• Measurement errors.
• Changes of mind.
• Incompatibility with the available space.
• Personal preferences regarding the design, color, or size once the product has been manufactured.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and Decree No. 52 of the Ministry of Economy, certain goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal when such exclusion has been clearly and prominently disclosed in advance.

Products sold by Pasquín are specially manufactured for each order once the purchase has been completed. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or according to the customer's specifications.

Likewise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made at our physical store located at Mercado Urbano Tobalaba (MUT), since the consumer makes the purchase in person and has the opportunity to view and inspect the essential characteristics of the products beforehand, such as their designs, sizes, formats, and other specifications before completing the purchase.

The foregoing does not affect the rights granted to consumers by law in relation to defective products, manufacturing errors, or failure to comply with what was offered.

6. SHIPPING

Products purchased through this website are subject to the shipping conditions, coverage, and delivery times indicated during the purchasing process.

The accuracy of the delivery information provided by the customer is their sole responsibility.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the website, including images, illustrations, photographs, texts, designs, logos, and graphic elements, is the property of Pasquín or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

By submitting reviews, photographs, or comments to the Pasquín website or social media channels, the user authorizes Pasquín to reproduce such content for promotional purposes, while always respecting the corresponding authorship.
