3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

4. Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at the following address, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

• Custom or personalized items.
• Digital products that are delivered electronically and are not supplied on a tangible medium once the download or streaming has begun with your prior express consent.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
